As it turns out, it’s a great idea and we at Weber Grill Restaurant found a way to make it better, our Beer Can Chicken Rub. It’s an unbelievable blend of red pepper, tarragon, rosemary and just a touch of curry. Yes, curry! So, get a can of your favorite brew and an unsuspecting chicken and go to town…Oh yeah, this stuff is great in sauces, marinades and even chicken salad. Enjoy.
